• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in consumer credit data to help make business decisions
• Design new analytical workflows and/or optimize existing workflows with the goal to automate report generation and enable self-service analytics.--
• Analyzing large datasets using Alteryx, SQL and Python
• Design and build innovative data and analytics solutions, visuals, metrics and KPIs
• Summarize and present the results of analysis using Excel and data visualization toolsQualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics--or related degree
  • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2024--to complete degree program
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and one of databases - SQL server, Vertica, MySQL, Aurora
  • Experience or familiarity with BI tools like Tableau/Qlik/Power BI and MS Office tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of data modeling, machine learning and tools like Python, Spark, Hive is desirable
  • Knowledge of consumer credit or financial industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills, who can express complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner (written, presentation and verbal)
  • Strong analytical mind-set. Able to synthesize complex data and produce impactful--insights
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flare for working with large datasets
