Supervisory Responsibility: NO POSITION SUMMARY - Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is looking for a Full Time
Organization Analyst to assist our federal government customerThis role is responsible for
analyzing organizational structure, responsibilities, teamwork, capabilities of incumbents,
business or operating procedures, reporting relationships, processes, and workflow to devise
most efficient methods of accomplishing workThe Organization Analyst studies work problems
and internal disconnects and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, quality
control, and information flow by collecting and organizing information on problems or processes
including present operating processesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES --- Analyzes data gathered, develops information, and evaluates all available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding--- Organizes and documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes--- Confers with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures--- May also participate in manpower planning and succession planning--- May install new systems and train personnel in application and team building--- May conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied as designed and function satisfactorily--- May develop or update functional or operating manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS --- Must have at least 10+ years of proven experience, with focus on business and operational strategy, planning and analysis--- Must be a US Citizen --- Proven training in Business Process Modeling--- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)--- The ability to handle multiple project taskings in a fast-paced environment--- Effective Strong communication and leadership skills--- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsCLEARANCE --- Must have an active US government public trust security clearance, DHS suitability, or National Security Clearance EDUCATION --- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or any related field,CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT --- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America--- Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening.
