Tritech Staffing is seeking On-Site Audio Visual Technicians. The selected candidate will participate in the operation, setup, and support of audiovisual equipment; will perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions of AV equipment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer issues regarding application/hardware related issues

Replicate issues for internal analysis/diagnosis, and prepare/proofread technical documentation accurately depicting the problem and/or solution for feedback to developer/vendor and program.
--- Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
--- Monitors the audio-visual network using AMX Resource Management, Crestron, QSys, Dante Audinace, Shure Suite (RMS).
--- Setup; maintain; audio/video equipment : Poly, Creston, AMX, Shure QSys, Logitech, Codecs, Bright Sign Media Players, AppSpace application, DVTC systems Installs and configures applications software and related hardware (such as desktops, servers, and related peripherals like printers, scanners, drives, monitors and video teleconferencing hardware.
--- Provides software and system troubleshooting and support, Provides technical support and training to end-users, Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced technicians, Manages the functionality and efficiency of Audio/Visual systems supporting major conference events.
--- Maintains the integrity and availability of systems.

Required Skills:
--- 2+--- years of professional experience

--- Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace, time sensitive and quality driven environment


--- Knowledge and experience with Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSYS, ClearOne, BiAmp, Polycom and Tandberg
