Your contributions will have a lasting impact, shaping strategies and driving measurable outcomes.Work You'll DoAs an AArete Consultant, you will support projects and drive successful outcomes through the following:Conducting in-depth analysis and research to identify and understand business problemsLeveraging data analytics to uncover insights and inform solutionsIdentifying potential solutions to business challenges through research, interviews, and data analysisAssisting in the creation of business cases, delivering actionable recommendations, and supporting the implementation of initiatives aimed at operational improvementDeveloping and delivering presentations that communicate key insights and recommendationsCollaborating closely within your project team to ensure alignment and successLearning from senior team members to continuously develop your skills and expertiseLeading and mentoring Analysts, fostering their growth and developmentPreparing deliverables for final review with the engagement managerExercising excellent judgment, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach in all aspects of your workOther duties as assigned Requirements2+ years of consulting experienceBachelor's degree required Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL for data analysis Strong professional communication skills, including expertise in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, as well as in-person presentationsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify client profitability improvement opportunities, and develop actionable business casesInterest in the healthcare industry, particularly on the payer side Enthusiasm for joining a fast-paced, high-growth company and contributing to the development of business architecture in technology applications and toolsHigh self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative spiritWillingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorshipPreferred RequirementsStrong preference for experience in the healthcare industry, specifically on the payer sideExperience with AArete's other focus industries: Healthcare Providers, Financial Services, Education, Retail & Consumer, Transportation, Logistics & Distribution, Public Sector, and Technology & Professional ServicesFamiliarity with SQLBased in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as neededCompensation & BenefitsFlexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidaysOwn Your Day flexible work policyCompetitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K MatchGenerous paid parental leave optionsEmployer paid Life Insurance, STD, LTDCharitable contribution matching programNew client commission opportunities and referral bonus programBike share discount programThe estimated base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $102,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.AArete will accept applications until the position is filled.
