Job Description:
Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for
someone to fill the position of a Notary Signing Agent to work
virtually in the U.S. only. Our ideal candidates are commissioned
notaries who are self-starters, punctual, and engaged.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide outstanding customer service to buyers
and sellers and act as a liaison between escrow officers, title
companies and lenders during the real estate closing process.
Review and adhere to closing instructions and documents. Obtain
required signatures, initials, dates, and stipulations for real
estate closing transactions. Notarize required documents with
required venue, signature, title and date. Coordinate and execute
daily time sensitive deadlines for clients and escalate any items
or documents that could affect the closing transaction. Work on
multiple files concurrently without making errors. Work closely
with lending institutions, escrow offices, title offices. and
signing services for various closing and notarial transactions.
Verify completeness and accuracy of completed documents. Print
E-docs and provide expedited scan backs and courier services for
time sensitive documents. Follow-up with appropriate personnel and
verify closing transaction is complete. Maintain knowledge of
standard concepts, practices and procedures in the mortgage, escrow
and title industry. QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Notary Signing Agent
At least 3 months experience with loan closings PAY: $85.00-$200.00
