Job Description Job Description About the Role We are hiring Entry-Level AND Experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the DC Metro, Maryland and Northern Virginia areas. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with little to no sales experience who are willing to learn, work outdoors, and follow a proven system in a recession-resistant industry. Insurance restoration remains steady year-round—storms happen, homes get damaged, and insurance continues to pay. We provide paid training, a clear process, and strong support so you can focus on generating leads and earning commission.
