Job Description Job Description Salary: $18.50 to $19 per hour SUMMARY: Direct Support Professionals work with individuals with mental or developmental disabilities by creating behavior plans, teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, and doing laundry. Additional duties may include: Assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, assisting with household chores, accompanying to appointments and community integration activities.
