We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are driven to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Develop and oversee the implementation of customized treatment plans. Provide parent training to equip families with strategies to foster their child’s success. Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Track and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis. Manage necessary documentation for insurance purposes. Understand and adhere to HIPAA privacy standards. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
